About Ontario Society of Cardiology Technologists (O.S.C.T.)

The OSCT Board of Directors is excited to open registration for the 2024 Education Day and Annual General Meeting. Once again, we are offering both virtual and in-person attendance. 

We have lined up some dynamic and interesting speakers for the Education morning and as always this will be followed by the Annual General Meeting. This years AGM will focus on the new By-laws and the future of OSCT and the RCT profession in Ontario. 

For full day attendees:

-Please note that there are different registration cut off dates for virtual and in-person

- Payments will be accepted via E-transfer to ontsocietyofcardiologytechs@gmail.com or through your profile portal.  profile portal 

- If sending by E-transfer please include your email address and OSCT number in the memo field.     

- If you are using a payment method under a name other than your own, please notify treasurer@osct.ca.

- Registration must be completed through the member profile portal on OSCT.ca under events. You will need to login to complete this step. 

- Refunds will be issued only if registration is cancelled within 48 hours of payment. Registration without payment will be cancelled.

Education morning check-in will begin at 07:45-08:30 am

The education sessions will begin at 08:45am

Lectures from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm with lunch to follow. 

The AGM will begin at 1:30 pm. 

Check in will be available from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm for the AGM afternoon.

Draft By-Laws

The members in good standing in attendance either in person, virtually or by proxy, will be asked to vote on the new by-laws. The purpose of By-laws are generally to the conduct of the business and affairs, including the development and administration of the certification and registration of membership, of The Ontario Society of Cardiology Technologists.
