  Cardiovascular technologists are in-demand healthcare professionals that perform, interpret, and create reports for a variety of cardiac tests in an equally wide variety of settings. Cardiovascular technologists are caring, compassionate, and empathetic individuals working with vulnerable patients, providing life-saving care.

Position Overview

The Neural Cloud is seeking a Bilingual Registered Cardiology Technologist (RCT) to perform remote over-read, analysis, and technical interpretation of ambulatory ECG recordings, with a primary focus on Holter and extended-wear Holter studies.

The ideal candidate has strong rhythm analysis skills, can efficiently review ambulatory ECG recordings, and can distinguish clinically significant findings from artifact and normal physiologic variation. Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required to support communication with Spanish-speaking patients, clients, and team members.

The successful candidate will work within established clinical protocols and quality standards to produce accurate, consistent, and timely findings for inclusion in ambulatory ECG reports. Final physician interpretation will be completed where required by applicable regulations, client agreements, and company policy.

• Proven knowledge exercise testing, including stress echo, nuclear, and pharmacological., Ambulatory Monitoring, Cardiac Implantable devices.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Experience working in a teaching in an post-secondary institution is an asset.

• Successful completion of a Canadian Society of Cardiology Technicians (CSCT) approved
course in electrocardiography or equivalent required. Active registration with the OSCT is

Responsibilities and Duties: 

 Perform VO2 Max & Exercise Stress Testing: Conduct cardiovascular performance testing to assess 

aerobic capacity and heart health.

• Diagnostic Imaging & Monitoring: Operate equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic data, 

including ECGs and Holter monitors.

• Patient Care & Education: Brief patients on procedures with compassion, ensuring they feel seen 

and heard while answering questions about their cardiovascular assessments.

• Data Analysis: Review and summarize test findings for our physician team, identifying any 

abnormalities or critical changes in patient status.

• Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate and troubleshoot diagnostic systems to ensure clinical excellence 

and patient safety.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to IPAC protocols and ensuring equipment 

is properly sterilized and maintained.
